In April 2014, the three JCS Councils approved the Pre-Submission version of the JCS for a six week publication period which ran between Monday 30th June to Monday 18th August 2014. THIS HAS NOW CLOSED.

Exhibitions were located in the reception areas of the three JCS Councils for the duration of the consultation.  In addition four public 'drop in' events are being held in the central areas of Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury town and Winchcombe.  The exhibition is available to download below.

This summary report was presented to the Member Steering Group (MSG) and is an interim report. The final report will also include the minor changes to the plan before submittal and be made available at this time.
