The Preliminary Draft Charging Schedules were subject to public consultation between 29 May 2015 to 10 July 2015.

Cheltenham Borough, Gloucester City and Tewkesbury Borough Councils are in the process of developing CIL charging schedules for their areas. The first stage of the CIL process was to consult on a Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule.

Legislation requires that each of the JCS Councils has its own charging schedule for CIL and therefore there is a Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule for each Council. The comments received were used to inform the preparation of the next stage of the CIL, the Draft Charging Schedule.
